Friday, April 30

• 1600 - Arrivals begin
• 1730 - Aircraft secured, pilots checked into the hotel
• 1800 - MANDATORY Ground School at the hotel (dinner will be brought in)

NOTE: Pre-clinic evaluation flights may be coordinated for earlier in the day on Friday.

Saturday, May 1

• 0730 - Preflight
• 0800 - Daily Group Briefing at Airport Terminal Building
• 0815 - Individual flight briefings and practice flights
• 1200 - Lunch delivered to Airport Terminal Building
• 1300 - Practice flights continue
• 1800 - Dinner TBD

Sunday, May 2

• 0730 - Preflight
• 0800 - Daily Group Briefing at Airport Terminal Building
• 0815 - Final practice flights, evaluations, possible all-up flight

Rain-Out Date
If weather prohibits us from conducting the clinic on April 30-May 2, we will simply postpone the event. The rain-out date has not been set.
